A failed sensor or damaged lead can show up as hard starting, rough running or a temperature fault on the generator. Before replacing it, check the plug and wiring for corrosion, rubbing or a loose connection. Disconnect the starter battery before working on the electrics, and fit the new sensor to a cool engine. This is DJI's upgraded-version sensor, so compare the code on the old one. D14000iE units built with a Rato engine take different engine parts, so check the engine label before ordering.
