DJI's English name calls it a damping motor, but the Chinese name, and DJI's own name for the ANZ edition, describe the motor that drives the air valve. Surging or hunting engine speed, an engine that will not pick up under load, or a throttle fault can point to this motor or its plug, so check the connector and wiring first. Disconnect the starter battery before working on it. The ANZ edition, code YC.DZ.GR001101, shares this ref and DJI marks it as an upgraded-version part. Check the code on your old motor, or contact us with the generator's serial number and a photo. D14000iE units built with a Rato engine take different engine parts, so check the engine label before ordering.
