Locating pin that lines up the crankcase cover on the crankcase body of the DJI D14000iE generator's Zongshen engine, so the cover seats square before it is bolted down.

The pins sit in matching holes in the cover and the crankcase, holding the shaft bearings in line while the bolts are tightened. A pin that is bent, burred or lost when the cover comes off should be replaced rather than tapped back in. Check both pins, and fit a new crankcase gasket, whenever the crankcase cover is removed. D14000iE units built with a Rato engine take different engine parts, so check the engine label before ordering.
