Replace it if the panel is cracked, a switch or indicator has quit, or water has got in. The USB communication board is not included; reuse yours or match its code at ref 3. Check the control panel harness while the panel is off, and disconnect the starter battery first.
This is the ANZ edition; ref 5 also lists a base control panel assembly. Check the code on your old panel, or contact us with the generator's serial number and a photo. Rato-engined units take different parts, so check the engine label.
